When applying for household members, you must enter the information of the target person, not your own information. I am a maternity household and my husband is the head of household (applicant for welfare discount), so I entered my husband’s name and social security number.
For households with childbirth/3 children/large family, enter the name and resident registration number of the applicant for welfare discount (mainly the head of household), and for households other than that, enter the name and resident registration number of the actual welfare discount recipient.
