Install the Megabox app and register as a member
First, install the Megabox app from the link below.

After installing the app, click MY menu and click sign up.
Join Megabox
Membership registration requires i-PIN or mobile phone authentication. Please proceed with membership registration using your mobile phone number.
Non-member tickets can be purchased, but non-members cannot accumulate points and cannot use points. Birthday celebration coupons are also issued according to the birthday date, so it is recommended that Megabox users use them after registering as a member.
After signing up, please log in.
How to purchase Megabox
After logging in to the app, click the Direct Reservation button under the movie.

Choose a region and choose a theater.

Select a show date and time. (Remaining seats are displayed under the time.)

If there is something that can be discounted, such as coupons or points, apply it first in the ticket and discount application (omit if there is none). Then, select credit/debit card in the payment method selection, select the card type and payment method, and click payment. (If you use an app card, you can use the app card, or if you want to pay by directly entering the card number, select general payment.)

The screen for payment methods is different for each card company. Generally, it proceeds as “Agree to the Terms of Use > Select Credit Card, Select Installment > Make Payment (App or General)”.

How to enter Megabox Mobile Ticket
If you have booked your tickets through the Megabox app, you do not need to meet the kiosk or ticket sales staff. You can enter the theater by presenting the barcode right at the entrance.
This is how to present the purchased mobile ticket.
When you reserve a ticket on the Megabox app, a number is displayed on the ticket icon in the upper left corner. Click the ticket icon and then click Reservation History. (Slide is to register the ticket in Samsung Pay, so you only need to click Reservation History.)

Click the code on the mobile ticket screen to display the barcode.

You can enter after presenting the barcode to the staff at the entrance of the theater. (Barcode capture screen is not allowed to enter.)
And on the mobile ticket screen above, there is a parking discount button under the code. If you click “Get a parking discount after watching a movie! Check the barcode”, the parking discount barcode will be displayed. You can scan it at the time of payment. (The parking discount barcode is displayed only when you watch a movie.)

How to cancel Megabox reservation
This is how to cancel a ticket reserved at Megabox. Free cancellation is possible up to 20 minutes before the show.
Click the ticket icon at the top left of Megabox and click Reservation Details.

If you cancel your reservation, the refund period differs depending on the payment method. For purchases made with a credit card, it may take up to 7-10 days for the credit card company to approve the refund.
For reference, group tickets purchased via mobile or internet cannot be partially canceled, exchanged, or partially refunded. If you purchase as a group, you must cancel the entire ticket and make a new purchase.
