3. Place of issuance
All branches of NH Nonghyup Bank in Gyeonggi-do (including branches of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, the Central Association, and unitary Nonghyup)
4. Required Documents
Resident registration card (in case of a disabled person, disability registration card)
5. Card issuance
There is no fee for the first issuance, but you have to pay 3,000 won for reissuance.
If you move to another city or province, the card issued by Gyeonggi-do is automatically canceled, so you must reissue it in the city or province you have moved to.
6. How to use
Free transportation: Metro and subways in the metropolitan area (excluding direct access to the Airport Railroad)
In areas other than the metropolitan area, a one-time free ticket is issued and can be used for free
Buses are paid, and if you transfer two or more buses within the transfer discount application time before and after using the subway, transfer discounts are available starting from the second bus.
7. Balance refund method
If the card cannot be used due to transfer, etc., the remaining balance can be refunded at convenience stores, Woori Bank and Shinhan Bank ATMs, and Nonghyup branches in Gyeonggi-do.
Convenience store: available anywhere in the country (fee 500 won)
ATM machine: Woori Bank and Shinhan Bank only (fee 500 won, account transfer)
Nonghyup Bank: Available only at Nonghyup branch offices in Gyeonggi-do (no fee, account transfer)
8. Other notes
If you lend or transfer your card to another person, you will be suspended from using it for one year and restricted from reissuing it, and fraudulent users will be fined 30 times the passenger fare and the fare.
Even if a lost card is acquired by another person and used illegally, the use of the card is suspended and reissuance is restricted for one year, so you must immediately report the lost card to Nonghyup Bank.
