Tip 2: Call in English, not Korean!
When you call the customer center, the answering machine asks you to dial a number to speak in Korean or English. At this time, press the number that speaks English!
When I made the third call, I got tired of waiting for over 50 minutes to call the Korean service and connected to the English service. So, I was connected in 5 minutes. I think it’s because there are few people who want to talk in English because it’s a Korean service line.
